For my final project, I wanted to revisit our first group project: the zoetrope. We successfully made a 2D image work with our model but our 3D plate was not as functional. Since we have learned so much and have been introduced to different tools since our first project, I decided to try adding a dimension and making another 3D plate.
I used Fusion 360 to make an apple shape and took the stem and leaf from a different apple on thingiverse. I then took that apple and made sideways cylinder holes in the side to look as though bites had been taken out. I put the sequence on a plate and printed it on the lulzbot. I then painted the apples and the base to really emphasize the apples when the zoetrope is in motion.
