For our OpenSCAD project, our group created a phone holder with a rotating stand. Our inspiration was something that would be quite practical in the daily lives of most people today. We used some basic shapes in OpenSCAD that we have learned already and combined them to make the holder and stand.

We thought that the ball and socket would be the most difficult part to print correctly, so we made multiple prints of just the ball and socket until that was right. Once we got the right fit, we made the rest of the stand as seen below.

We are excited about the final product as we think this will be something that will get a lot of use in the future!
