I went to the Children’s Museum for my outreach event. In the maker space in the museum, children could create whatever they wanted. There were options for sewing projects using sewing machines, they could make buttons using a button press, they could create stop motion, there was laser cutting and most important, the kids could create 3d designs that could be 3D printed. There I helped the kids that came in to make 3D printed ornaments. One of the ornaments that we made were snowflakes. It was fun to see the kids learning how to use Tinkercad to create 3D printed work.
