Our original design for the planter needed a base that would configure in the same shape as the mountain range shape. The first print was small, which we expected based on how big it was on the plane in Tinkercad, but there is plenty of room for improvement! The walls of the planter also need to be adjusted so that they are thicker and actually able to contain something within them. Also, in future iterations we are working on creating/improving a self-watering reservoir built into the design. Overall, forĀ a first draft print it is what is expected. Needs improvements and additions to make it a great, usable product! By using other programs we will be able to adjust and configure shapes to the appropriate degree. We want to truly embody the silhouette of the blue ridge mountains with this planters.
