Hello, my name is Carson Khadka. I’m a freshman at JMU, majoring in engineering.
I’m from Fairfax County, Northern Virginia and attended Oakton High School. During high school, the highest level of mathematics I took was AP Calc AB and to be completely honest, I’ve only ever 3D printed something once for my Architectural Drawing class senior year. I have two loving parents, two siblings, and a maltipoo named Charlie. I’ve played soccer for a majority of my life and also played on Oakton’s varsity team for all four years of high school. Also, I plan on trying out for the JMU men’s club soccer team this fall. With that being said, I’m a huge soccer fan and always rep my hometown teams from Washington DC. My favorite soccer team is Chelsea F.C. from London, England. This past summer I was fortunate enough to travel to England and visit Chelsea’s stadium, Stamford Bridge (pictured above). Besides sports, I enjoy playing video games (Fifa, Call of Duty, Fortnite, etc.), listening to music of many genres, and spending quality time with my friends and family. I look forward to what ISCI 104 has in store for us this year, and getting to know everyone in this course. Thanks for reading!
