FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Austin Texas, December 14, 2018-The Austin Rockets have announced their partnership with the Austin Government to improve the infrastructure in the city.  The Rockets are planning to increase the public awareness about the infrastructure problem in the city and are planning to hold various events within the next few months to gain support for their movement.

In January, 2019 the Austin Rockets are planning to hold an event with the local police department to inform the community about the dangers that the current infrastructure brings to the community as well as discuss the benefits of the proposed infrastructure plan.

The Rockets will also be providing various petitions to raise the awareness within the community to gain support to persuade city council to reform the infrastructure. The petitions will primarily be for adding a HOV lane to the highways to expand them in order to relieve the traffic going into the city.

Lastly the Austin Rockets will be holding a potluck dinner at their stadium to gain support for the infrastructure. The players of the Austin Rockets will be in attendance and Rocket Fans will be able to get autographs from the players as well as purchase t-shirts to show their support for the movement.

The Rockets believe that by increasing the infrastructure will benefit the whole city and reignite the sense of community that the city of Austin seems to be losing. Show your support today and participate in the events that the Rockets are holding to help Austin’s infrastructure blast off!
