The CIT class challenge was a complete blast. Hillary and I love working together and this challenge was particularly fun. We first started by looking at work other students had done in the past. They all seemed very tech. based, so we knew we wanted to do something different. After passing ideas back and forth and a few napkin sketches we settle don making a duke dog head with a cit ball in its mouth.  We opened tinkercad and began to model the duke dog. Well, we tried to model the Duke dog, but it just didn’t look right. Next, we decided to look on thingiverse and we found a duke dog there! It wasn’t exactly what we needed so we started to tweak the design. The duke dog’s mouth needed to be opened and adjusted to account for the ball. We spent quite some time placing the dog’s teeth around the ball to make it look just right. Finally, we placed the “CIT’ text on the ball.

The print turned out quite nice as well!
