Today was the perfect day! The weather was 70 degrees and sunny and we made the most of it! We started the day by going to the local playa (beach) where we soaked up the sun for a couple hours. The beach was filled with family’s enjoying a beautiful Saturday in Tarragona. The water was crystal clear and the sand was so soft which made it perfect to swim in. After we enjoyed the sun for a few hours, we all headed home to eat lunch with our host families and get ready for the soccer game!
This afternoon we were able to watch the local Tarragona soccer team as the played Cultural Leonesa. We had amazing seats next to the other teams fans which made the game more fun. One of the opposite teams fans had a sex blow up doll with with the teams jersey on it…. Sadly the people kindly told the fan the doll had to be deflated. The first half Tarragona did terrible and let in 2 goals for a score of 2-0 going into the second half. However, when the second half started it was like. A new team had emerged and they scored 5 goals winning it 5-3! This was by far an amazing expire nice and will defiantly be talked about months after!
after we left the game we went to the beach for some tapas and drinks before heading home for dinner. All in all itwasan amazing relaxing day! Now it’s time for some gelato before going to bed because we have a fun day planned for tomorrow.
