Bremsstrahlung photon beam

  • Endpoint energies: 6 MeV and 15 MeV
  • Beam current: 0.001-10 mA avg, 0.01-1 A peak (3 µs square pulse at 100-300 Hz pulse repetition rate)
  • Dose at 100 cm: 0.1-500 Gy/min

 

Electron beam

  • Energies: from 4-14 MeV
  • Beam current: 0.001-0.1 mA avg, 0.01-0.1 A peak (3 µs square pulse at 100-300 Hz pulse repetition rate)
  • Dose at 100 cm: 0.5-1200 Gy/min

 

Beam spot size up to 40x40cm at 100 cm from linac head. Geometry and beam shape are flexible and adjustable – target may be .
