Terrorist organizations have increasingly used social media platforms as an effective messaging tool to radicalize and recruit new followers and sympathizers. Governments around the world have begun to employ similar techniques in order to counter and prevent radicalization. The Office of CVE in the Bureau of Counterterrorism and CVE at the Department of State is looking for an interactive and educational framework aimed at empowering at-risk youth in the hopes of preventing radicalization.
