In recent years, the DC National Guard Mobilization Augmentation Command (MAC) has not met its annual reporting goals. Recruiters from the MAC currently employ classic recruiting approaches by relying on referrals, cold calling, and in person enegagements such as career fairs. The Mobilization Augmentation Command is looking to increase their recruiting of a specific facet of people from ages 25-48 with military experience. We aim to optimize recruiting efforts  by figuring out what the most persuading reason is to join this elite group of the National Guard.
