Week 2 – Learning about possible Tools to use

“Focus was on finding possible tools to use and learn how the TIP reports are used in the workplace. We interviewed researchers that reads through the report daily, and learned more of what type of information they need from the reports. We also researched about possible technical tools that could be used for extracting that information. “
