Burkey Academy: lots of videos on statistics and econometrics
Practical Econometrics and Data Science provides side-by-side comparison of R and Python. At the end of each chapter, the authors provide a detailed example including data analysis and model estimation: bivariate regression, multivariate regression, and a logit/probit example.
