Nolan Harrington

Nolan Harrington is a First-Year student at James Madison University. His Major is Integrated Science and Technology with a minor in Science, Technology, and Society.

In the STS Futures Lab, Nolan has worked alongside Dr. Conley and Dr. York to investigate the issue of reproductive technologies and identity in Malta. This complex issue expands past the field of science and technology and encourages a new understanding of expertise and perspective within the development and implementation of new technologies. Nolan’s favorite part about the STS Futures lab is the novel approaches to understanding STEM outside of the lab and its implications in a society.
