Boston Fourth Quarter Fall Short in Season Opener

BOSTON, MA – The Boston Fourth Quarter suffered a brutal loss in their first game of the season to the Brooklyn Colossus, losing 113.98 to 74.54.

Wide Receiver Justin Jefferson had a meager four receptions for 59 yards but was able to put up one touchdown for the team. The Fourth Quarter’s other receiver, Khalil Shakir, was also able to put up a touchdown, but also only had three receptions. The pair only combined for a 29.10 points.

Boston’s running back, Isiah Pacheco also reached the endzone, but only put up 45 yards for 15.80 points. The teams other RB, D’Andre Swift, put up a measly 30 yards and no touchdowns for five points.

Quarterback Brock Purdy was only able to put up 10.34 points, while the teams defense only put up three. Overall, individual players will need to rack up more points if they want a shot at beating the Baltimore Blue Crabs next week.
