PORTLAND, Ore. – Coming into week two, the Portland Porcupines had a devastating loss to the Boise Spuds with a score of 95.50 to 137.12.

Coach Bill Branks was reluctant to share, “Us Porcupines came into our first game so strongly it is upsetting to feel defeat so early in the season, but this only fuels our fire for the future and we’re looking forward to working and playing harder.”

Young wide receivers A.J. Brown and Ja’marr Chase totaled for 22.7 points on week 2 with Antonio Gibson falling short with only 12.10 points this week.

Quarterback of Portland Porcupines, Tom Brady, shares “We lacked as a team to perform our best and prove the strength of our unit to the Spuds, all I can say is we absolutely will do better next time we see them on the field.”

Next week the Portland Porcupines take on the Omaha Cobs. The match-up between quarterbacks Tom Brady and Kyler Murray should make an exciting game, although there are predictions of Tom Brady dominating the field. After Brady’s performance in week 2, he stands out as a consistent QB, scoring the highest fantasy points of the week for the Porcupines, 34.74.
