Game Recaps
The Las Vegas Spades beat the Fresno Fuegos 157.78 to 131.24, which brings their season record up to 7-1-0. Wide receiver, DeAndre Hopkins racked up 224 yards and was a huge asset this week, gaining 41.40 points. Quarterback, Drew Brees racked up 29.76 points from 299 passing yards and 23 completions. Brees also had 5 incompletions and -2 rushing yards. Tight End, Travis Kelce gained 27.30 points from 7 total receptions with 133 total receiving yards and a touchdown. Quarterback, Dak Prescott received 13.32 points from 14 completions, 143 passing yards and 16 rushing yards. Prescott also threw 8 incomplete passes. Wide receiver, Antonio Brown, had 5 total receptions and 70 total receiving yards, adding up to 12 points. Running back, Joe Mixon earned 10.90 points from 18 rushing yards, 91 total receiving yards and 3 total receptions. Mixon also had 1 fumble which was lost to the Honey Badgers. Jay Ajajy added 8.10 points from his 23 rushing yards 18 total receiving yards and 4 total receptions. Defense received 8 points from 2 sacks, 1 interception and 12 points allowed. Kicker Jake Elliott converted both of his field-goal attempts but missed 2-of-3 extra-point attempts to gain 7 points.

Las Vegas Spades Season Notes
- The Spades have picked up a whole new defensive team.
- The Spades have no injuries to report, tight end Travis Kelce appeared to have an ankle injury against the Fuegos last week, but continued to play the rest of the game and is reported to be doing just fine.
- Running back Jay Ajayi has some reported knee soreness but is continuing to play.
- A month into the investigation of why Stephen Paddock indiscriminately rained gunfire on thousands of concert attendees, killing 58 and injuring hundreds at the Route 91 Harvest festival, FBI investigators maintain that there is “absolutely” no indication the gunman was ideologically driven or affiliated with any international or domestic terror or hate group.
- Las Vegas has announced a partnership with Cisco Systems that would improve its existing connectivity infrastructure with the aim to improve transportation and sustainability.
