Game Recap

After last weeks previous win, the Virginia Beach Neptunes fall to the defending champions, the Harrisonburg Valley Bees. Aaron Rodgers continues to lead the Neptunes with his strong performance of 33 completions from 343 yards, but not enough to beat the Bees. Ty Montgomery had a stellar performance with 35 rushing and 75 receiving yards for the ‘Tunes. Recently, the Neptunes dropped Greg Olsen and Austin Hooper for Jack Doyle. Doyle added value to the Neptunes by receiving 79 yards, adding 15.9 points.

Another disappointing performance by DeMarco Murray, who was held to only 25 rushing yards and 3.8 points. This game was a tough one for the Neptunes by only having a few players strongly perform. Losing by 19.3 points, the Neptunes know they must step it up next week when they play the Honolulu Rocks.
