Week 4 Game Recap

The Austin Armadillos dropped their second consecutive game, losing handedly to the Las Vegas Rockets, 161.00-112.56.  Austin now falls to 2-2 on the year, with Las Vegas improving to 3-1.  Las Vegas quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger led the way for the Rockets, contributing a massive 51.90 points on 300 passing yards and five passing touchdowns. The Rockets offensive breakout continued with wide receiver Antonio Brown scoring two touchdowns and running back LeSean McCoy recording one. The Armadillos had a stagnant week, with running back Charles Sims, wide receiver DeSean Jackson and the New York Jets defense only scoring 2.50, 1.50 and 2.00 points, respectively. The silver lining in this defeat however was Austin quarterback Tyrod Taylor, who tallied 31.64 points, throwing for 246 yards and one touchdown. This is Taylor’s second week scoring 30+ points, hoping to continue the trend next weekend against Sacramento.
