Boston Fourth Quarter Disappointing 2024 Season Opener

Boston, MA – The Boston Fourth Quarter started their 2024 season opener with a tough loss to the Baltimore Blue Crabs in a 74.54 to 113.98 loss. 

Before the game opener, Jefferson stated that he was “[he is] just excited or happy to finally play ball again and to play in front the world. So that’s something I’m looking forward to. Just to kick off year five is something that’s exciting.” Justin Jefferson went on to lead the team in points totaling 15.90 points from 4 receptions for 59 yards for 1 touchdown. 

The Blue Crabs starting runningback De’Von Achane had a great opening night rushing 24 yards for one touchdown while racking up 7 receptions for 76 yards leading to 23 fantasy points. 

However, Boston’s runningback Isaiah Pacheo was no match and only ran the ball for a total of 45 yards, with 2 receptions for 33 yards leading to one touchdown and a total of 15.80 fantasy points.

 

Upcoming Schedule: 

As the Boston Fourth Quarters go into week 2 with an 0-1 record they are hungry looking for their first win and big plays from Jefferson, Purdy, and Pacheco.
