Toronto, Ont – The Snow Tigers take their second lose of the season to the Omaha Cobs (114.8-152.8) and now have a record now of 6-2
The main highlight of an otherwise average performance was quarterback Jalen Hurts. He racked up an impressive 38.4 points almost doubling the next highest performer Tyler Conklin who has 25 points. The rest of the team was very underwhelming with nobody else scoring over 15 points.
Flex player Rashod Bateman was out injured and was not subbed out and scored 0 points. This lack of awareness by head coach Rob Stefanelli helped add to the teams misfortunes and loss this week.
When asked about it Stefanelli said this:
“It was a lack of judgement on my end. I thought he would be healthy enough to play and our medical team advised me against it but I kept him in anyway. It was an unfortunate error and one we will learn from and improve in the future”
The Toronto Snow Tigers are 6-2 and the #1 team in their conference and hope to get back to winning ways when they play the Honolulu Hammerheads next week.
