Portland Porcupines End Losing Streak With A Victory Against Salt Lake City Seagulls – Week #6 Game Note

  Portland Porcupines Dominate the Salt Lake Seagulls

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Porcupines took away the game of week six, dominating the Salt Lake Seagulls resulting in the final score of 137.52 – 83.50. The game was held at the Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City.

The Porcupine’s victory brings them to a 3-3-0 (8) streak going into week seven.

Coach Bill Branks was ecstatic to share in a post-game interview, “Us Porcupines have been working hard to progress through the season. Seeing our player’s efforts pay off in a win like this is what makes the team motivated to keep getting more wins,” said Banks. 

Wide receivers A.J. Brown and Tyler Lockett totaled 21.4 points on the week, with Running Back Ja’Marr Chase leading the team’s victory with a total of 36.20 points. 

“It was a rewarding feeling, Quarter Back Tom Brady said. “We have a strong team dynamic on and off the field that makes us all wanna work harder and do better on the field each day, to keep seeing these improvements pay off.”

The Porcupines take on the Toronto Snow Tigers in week seven away at Rogers Centre. The WR1 match-up between Tyler Lockett and Courtland Sutton will be one to watch following their excellent performances in week six. Snow Tigers QB1 Jalen Hurts, who will have a bye for week seven, has a total of 209.86 points, with a remarkable 1514 passing yards.
