St. Louis, Missouri – The St. Louis Bison defeated the Omaha Cobs with a final score of 146.64-120.18, showing again their pride and determination to become the NFL’s best team in the 2022 year.

The Bison were set to lose this game prior to its occurrence, however the team has yet again proven themselves against the opponent. This is not the first time the Bison have won over teams projected to defeat them, and it likely will not be the last. Big plays were made by running back Clyde Edwards-Hilaire, rushing for over 90 yards and bringing in 2 touchdowns for the Bison. Important plays were also done through teammate and fellow running back Breece Hall, running for 66 yards and scoring 1 touchdown.

The Bison played with an arsenal of heavily offensively based strategies. Running backs were not the only high scoring players this game, as quarterback Aaron Rogers moved the ball over 250 yards while throwing for two touchdowns. Backup quarter back Trevor Lawrence was brought into the mix and followed in Rogers footsteps, as the up and coming player through for two touchdowns as well.

Following the game, head coach Tim English addressed the public in a press release, explaining to the public they are not yet satisfied with their play, but would like to be seen as more of a threat.

“We are proud of what we did here today, we have been working harder than any other team to earn this undefeated season. While we have been on a good track, we still see the flaws within our game play and know where we need to focus our attention on and off the field. That aside the assistant coaches and myself have not been pleased with the publics view on this team. This is not the first time we have been projected to lose our matchups, and I’m almost certain it won’t be the last. With that being said, we hope the league will begin to see that we are most definitely a threat, and we have no intention of losing our next matchup.”

The win over the Omaha Cobs has brought the St. Louis Bison to a 4-0 victory streak.
