HONOLULU – The Honolulu Riptides win an amazing victory against the Salt Lake City Otters, defeating them 126.30 to 95.38, climbing the Riptides to third place.
This was a nail-biting game with Mahomes and Tannehill, whom are both top players, going head-to-head. The 32.90 points scored by Mahomes this week was good enough to rank him 10th among all QBs. The Riptides played an impressive game, ending with more points than were projected.
In the post-game press conference, The Riptide’s Head coach stated that quarterback Patrick Mahomes led the team to victory.
“Mahomes played a key factor in our win. He successfully passed for three of the touchdowns, and in the 30.92-point victory for the Honolulu Riptides, Mahomes blew up for 32.90 points. He played a big game.”
The Honolulu Riptides play the Salt Lake City Cougars next week. It will be an exciting and nail-biting matchup between Mahomes and Cousins, both high scoring players.
