OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The Oklahoma City Dinos lost their week 12 matchup against Salt Lake City at Devon Energy Field, losing 108.12 – 113.42.
Jared Goff, Quarterback for the OKC Dinos, had a little impact on this week game. Goff completed 19 of 31 pass attempts for 198 yards and two touchdowns and lost one fumble just before halftime and a pick-six on his first drive of the second half during. Goff had a total of 9.02 contributing points. Alongside Goff was running back, Kenyan Drake, whose rushed 22 times for 78 yards and two touchdowns while catching three of four targets for 15 yards gave Drake a total score of 24.30.
The game against Salt Lake City was very close, but unfortunately Salt Lake City won by five contributing points. Salt Lake City quarterback, Daniel Jones had 15.42 game points. Even after a hamstring injury he was still able to score more points for the game winning total. Salt Lake City, A.J. Brown, had four receptions on six targets for 98 yards and a touchdown in week 12 against the Oklahoma City. Salt Lake City, Running Back, James Robinson had 22 carries for 128 yards and a touchdown while catching five of six targets of 31 yards. He had 27.90 game points.
After the game, Assistant Coach Roberti summarized the team’s lost and talk about what is to be expected into the upcoming weeks.
“We put up a good fight against Salt Lake City and we did not do too bad with catching up. Next week we going to fight better. This season been tough with the pandemic and many other things going on. Kenyan Drake did great this game scoring the most points for us, even after an ankle injury. I can not wait to see what he does in next week’s game.”
Next week the Dinos are playing the Austin Vipers away at Darrell K Royal Stadium.
