Oklahoma City Lightning Strike Against Poverty with Love Without Boundaries Partnership
OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA.– Throughout November and December of 2019, the Oklahoma City Lightning will be partnering with Love Without Boundaries to provide assistance to impoverish women in the Oklahoma City area. This partnership will include multiple opportunities for members of the OKC to provide a helping hand to those in need in their community.
The partnership will include 50/50 raffles during home games for the Lightning, where half the money collected will be given to the raffle winner and the other half will be matched by the Lightning and given to women’s shelter through Love Without Boudaries. Both organizations have a common goal of being huge helping components to the community and the dissemination of poverty in the Oklahoma area.
At every home game, the raffle will take place after the halftime performance. Patrons at the game will be able to purchase their raffle ticket from game entry and start up until the last minute in the half. More efforts to be assets to the community with Love Without Boundaries will be released to the public as they solidified.
