“Orlando Sharks Day” Will Be Swimming With Hype for the Next Season

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Orlando Sharks Association is hosting the first annual “Orlando Sharks Day” July 25, 2019. The event will take place in the Sharks’ home field of Camping World Stadium from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.to serve as a pre-season pep rally event.

“We’re planning on having a much more successful season in 2019, and we want that to start with some positive energy going in,” said Orlando Sharks team owner, Spencer Nixon. The Sharks had a losing record of 4-9-0 in the 2018 season. “The boys and I are making it our first priority to make the playoffs next season,” said quarterback Tom Brady. Tom Brady has made 3,700 passing yards so far this season for the Sharks. Wide Receiver Julio Jones has also had a successful season, with 1,429 receiving yards to date.

According to the Sharks head coach, Jackson Stark, “the event will include a surf & turf buffet, cornhole competition, costume contest, and will conclude with a concert performance by Justin Timberlake.” VIP tickets will include an opportunity to meet some of the Sharks’ star players. Tickets for the event will be $125, and presale begins on Dec. 25, 2018 on www.OrlandoSharksFootball.com. Regular and VIP tickets will go on sale Jan. 15, 2019. VIP tickets will cost $200 per person. 25% of profits from this event will go towards The Orlando Sharks’ community partner, The Coalition for the Homelessness of Central Florida.
