Game Note #2: Louisville Lions Continue Their Four Game Winning Streak After Dominating the Orlando Sharks

Game Recap

This past week, the Louisville Lions trailed the Orlando Sharks consistently up until Sunday night. The contribution of Golden Tate helped surge the Lions past the Sharks resulting in their fourth consecutive win, 133.56 to 113.36. Tate was a difference maker in this game putting up a seas-high with 132 yards and two touchdowns on eight catches resulting in with 35.20 points. The outcome easily could have been reversed if the Orlando Sharks did not have two starters put up zero points.  The Louisville Lions climb into third place while the Sharks dropped down to 15th.

Match Up Preview vs. The Harrisonburg Valley Bees 

  • 1st time these two teams are meeting
  • Louisville Lions are projected to win 113.75 to 85.64
  • Bee’s Kicker, Cody Parkey, (#3 in the league) is projected to earn 0 points
  • It will be a close matchup between the two wildcard picks – Lions WR, Michael Crabtree is projected to earn 12.54 points whereas Bee’s QB, Dak Prescott is projected to earn 14.76
  • Louisville Lions Running Back, Alvin Kamara is expected to blow the Bee’s Running Back, Jalen Richard out of the water (22.90 to 6.65)
  • Will be a close matchup between the two running backs – Lions’ Isaiah Crowell is projected to earn 8.50 points whereas the Bee’s Alfred Morris is projected to earn 6.05 points.
  • This game will be a tighter game than people will expect, almost all of the players are within a 5 point margin, except for: QB’s, RB’s, TE’s, and K’s.
