Sasquatches Stomp their way to Victory (Week 9 Game Notes)

Game Recap: 

The Sacramento Sasquatches defeated the C
olumbia Salamanders 1767.68-144.10 and won their third game of the season after dropping their last four in a row. At quarterback, Colin Kaepernick pulled through for the Sasquatches putting up 35.22 points, outscoring the Salamander’s by 23.58 points. Kaepernick threw for 398 passing yards with two touchdowns. Wide receiver Mike Evens also had a stellar game for the Sasquatches totaling up 150 receiving yards, 2 touchdowns, 11 receptions and 39 points, outscoring the Salamanders wide receiver Sammie Coates by 39 points. All players on both teams played Sunday so going into Monday night’s games, the Sasquatches knew they had their third victory in the bag. The Sasquatches look to keep their momentum going as they are set to take on the Las Vegas Rockets next week.

  • This is the first meeting between these two teams
  • Las Vegas is projected to win by 13.96 points
  • Sacramento is currently 3-6 this season while Las Vegas is 5-4 this season
  • Sacramento is still at the bottom of the pack while Las Vegas is near the top of the pack
  • Currently, Ryan Tannehill is set to start for the Sasquatches and Ben Roethlisberger is slated to start for the Rockets
  • The Sasquatches defense is predicted to be more powerful than the Rockets defense by 4 points
