It was a tough hit for the Honolulu Megalodons this past week, losing to the Austin Armadillos 159.98 to 76.08. The match up was the Austin Armadillos’ highest game point average of the season, while the Megalodons’s starter Jordan Reed scored zero points. Rainey had six carries to gain 13 yards, then had two more catches for 16 yards.
The lose was one for the record books, in terms of a record margin of 80.90 points throughout the game. Megalodons’ Brian Hoyer and Derek Carr lead the team with over 40 points cumulative. The Armadillos is 4-2 climbing to third place while the Honolulu Megalodons 4-2 drops to fifth place with just over 800 points total. Austin Armadillos is set to play the Oklahoma City Orioles (2-4, 769.96) in Week 7, while Honolulu Megalodons will take on the Baltimore Bayhawks (4-2, 792.86).
