Game Recap

The Honolulu Megalodon’s are on their fourth straight win this season as they sailed by their rival, the Virginia Beach Sharks. There was a 33.16-point victory for the Megalodons with a final score of 137.58 to 104.42. Quarterback Derek Carr played an essential role passing for 317 yards: the most he’s earned since week one, receiving 35.98 points. Michael Crabtree didn’t get as much action in this week’s game as he did last; he only completed three catches. Comparing players of the night, tight end Jordan Reed was able to gain 13.3 points which was significantly more than the Shark’s tight end, Jack Doyle who scored a mere 2.8 points. Although in the league, the Megalodon’s dropped to second place as the Las Vegas Rockets launched to first.

Matchup Preview

  • The Megalodons are projected to lost against the Austin Armadillos by a score of 131.42 to 92
  • It will be a close match-up: the Armadillos are 3-2-1 while the Megalodons have a better record of 4-1.
  • The Megalodons are ranked second in the league while the Armadillos moved up three spots last week and are currently ranked fourth.

  • Arian Foster was limited at practice on Wednesday and wants to see how the weeks practice will go. Based off of that, he might play in the game against the Armadillos.
