Game Recap (Week 5)

During Week 5, the Rockets scored its highest number of total points for any single week, topping 170. With the help of three standout performances, the Las Vegas Rockets defeated the Baltimore Bayhawks 170.92 to 101.96. Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown, and Carson Wentz were the lead point-scorers for the Rockets with 53.20, 27.90, and 33.92 points respectively. While Demarco Murray and Brandon Marshall put up a strong fight for the Bayhawks, the Rockets simply outscored them. Roethisberger’s impressive performance combined with Brown’s high number of yards and receptions during Week 5 was just what the Rockets needed after the pair’s less than stellar performance during Week 3. Following Week 5, the Las Vegas Rockets are 4-1, while the Baltimore Bayhawks are 3-2.

Matchup Preview (Week 6)

  • The Las Vegas Rockets will take on the Memphis Monsters (who are still looking for their first victory) in Week 6
  • Quarterbacks Roethlisberger and Rivers will put up a close fight, as they both scored more than 30 points last week
  • After a trade a few weeks back, the Monsters acquired Melvin Gordon from the Rockets, an interesting player to watch as he has been on both teams
  • The Monsters’ wide receivers Allen Robinson and Quincy Enunwa will face off against Antonio Brown and Alshon Jeffery of the Rockets, all four quality players
  • Las Vegas’ secondary QB, Carson Wentz, will battle Memphis’ secondary QB, Kirk Cousins, a compelling inter-conference match-up.
