Las Vegas Scorpions Lose to the Columbia Kings by a Hair

COLUMBIA, Va. (Nov. 14, 2014)– The Las Vegas Scorpions lost to the Columbia Kings in the week ten game on the King’s turf 118.01 to 121.90. This loss however, did not move the Scorpions form their number two spot in the SCOM Fantasy League.

The Scorpion’s head coach Butchner is a little disappointed in the Scorpions two week losing streak, but has high hopes for the remainder of the season. He said,” We’re still second in the league. Next week were playing the Tuscaloosa Top Guns and I really think the boys can pull off a win and stay at the top.”

Even with star Quarter Back, Tom Brady out on a bye week, the Scorpions still scored an impressive amount of points. Running Back, Marshawn Lynch was the star of the week, scoring 40.3 points and gaining 140 yards. Wide receivers Demaryius Thomas and Kelvin Benjamin also helped out, scoring 11.8 and 20 points respectively.
