Las Vegas Scorpions Crush Harrisonburg Valley Bees on the East Coast

HARRISONBURG, VA (Oct. 14, 2014)– The Las Vegas Scorpions beat the Harrisonburg Valley Bees in the week six game in Harrisonburg, Va. 138.04 to 75.34. This win moved the Scorpions up one spot to number three and the Bees down to number four in the league.

Even with running back, Rashad Jennings out indefinitely with a knee injury, the Scorpions still scored the necessary points to win. The quarterback, Tom Brady scored the most points this week with 52.74. Wide receivers Demaryius Thomas and Malcolm Floyd also helped out the team, scoring 19.40 and 17.30 points respectively. Tight end Julius Thomas also scored a significant amount of points in the game with17.10.

The Scorpion’s head coach Butchner has high expectations for next week’s game, saying, “we’re playing Slept at Holiday Inn next week at home. They’re the worst of the teams currently so I expect our two week winning streak to continue into three.”
