Alexandra Kolleda (at left, standing in front of the Pallas Athene, the branch insignia of the Women’s Army Corps) worked in the archives of the Army Women’s Museum in Petersburg, VA, which focuses largely on women in the military beginning in the Revolutionary War and continuing to the present. Alexandra processed new accessions and organized and re-housed old collections. Her final project involved researching the disestablishment of the Women’s Army Corps and producing a short video that will later be installed as a fixture in the exhibit itself.
