For my final OpenScad project, I decided to make an oven. I was about halfway through when I forgot to save my work and it deleted. While I was sad that my work was lost, I think my Jack in the box turned out lot better. This took a few tries to make, as I couldn’t move the spring up or down, so I had to move the box, head, and hat around it. I made the box by using the difference command with two cubes. I then made a spiral and changed the radius until I liked how it looked. Overall, while it looks like a simple design, I really enjoy it’s modern look by not having too many distracting features. This program was very enjoyable, it wasn’t too easy and it wasn’t too hard; the perfect balance between tinkercad and fusion360. I think this program has the bet features overall, mainly because it feels pretty cool to be able to type command and have an object appear. My code for this was fairly straight forward, nothing too complicated.
