For my final fusion 360 project, I am making a camera. I’m basing my design off of the model of the camera I’m currently saving up to get, and for now I made the basic shapes needed. A lot of these shapes were made using extrude on certain sides to round the edges, and the lens is made from the pipe tool. Now that most of the basics are down, I will start refining the shape and adding details.
I refined the back end of the camera, adding in most of the major buttons, and adding a rectangle representing the LCD screen. On the top, I made the eyehole for the optical viewfinder (the little arch-looking thing), which would realistically be the method of composing a photo. I also added a simple hot shoe mount on the top of the camera, where one would attach an external flash.
