For my final project, I decided to make a desktop organizer that i could use for my desk. The reason I decided to do this is because I am notoriously a messy person and I thought this could help. While there are not really any “difficult” designs in it so far, It has taken a decent amount of planning because I need everything to space out to fit everything.
This is my rough draft so far. I have just done part of my rough sketch for it because I ran into a problem with designing it. When i try to extrude a portion of the organizer, the rest of the sketch disappears. I want the organizer to be dynamic, with different parts of it different heights so I wasn’t sure how to continue. While I am sure this is a very fixable problem, i was not sure what to do.
The bottom left rectangle I am planning on making a place to fit a chord through to sit a phone in. The top left circle is going to be a place to hold pencils while next to it will hold scissors/ other tools. the right portion I am planning to make a drawer that will have a shelf above it.
