Despite being ugly, because it’s vomit-green colored, the ring printed perfectly and without errors on the first try. It’s a little snug though. My process pictures are as follows:
To give the ring a cool texture, I decided I would use a black flower. I thought that because it was similar to the black dot in the example it would create intense, petal-like impressions in the ring. It did not. It just looks sort of muddy, but oh well.
I’m probably going to revise this design and ship it out to be made in metal. I feel like my new addiction is going to be designing jewelry for myself.
