It took a significant amount of time to go through each building and make it but, the most challenging aspect of the project was trying to get the proportions and scaling accurate. I ended up printing the model very small for the sake of time. Being that it was so small, the antenna on the One World Trade Center did not print. Also, a couple of my docks came off when I separated model from the adhesion because they were so thin.
This was my first smaller scaled model. This one took about 3 hours.
This was my second version. This print was much larger was able to create good adhesion with the docks. This print took about 22 hours.
