Check if they are any Oral History Kits available here

To check out an Oral History Kit, you should go to the Equipment Loans desk located in the Makery in the basement of Carrier.  Tell the staff person at the desk that you need an Oral History Kit for the Immigrant Harrisonburg site.

If all the Oral History Kits are checked out, or if you would prefer to use different equipment to complete the interview, you can request equipment at the Equipment Loans desk or complete this online reservation request form for equipment requests. All reservations for equipment should be made at least 3 days in advance. Please note that the Oral History Kits CANNOT be reserved.

You can get help with creating website content from Kirsten Mlodynia.  Kirsten’s office is Carrier 22A, which is located down in the basement next to the Makery.  She will be available to help every Thursday from 1-3 and also will have some limited availability by appointment.  Email helferkn@jmu.edu if you’d like to set up an appointment.
