Josiah Brown Foodies in Florence Post #1

The experience that surprised me the most was the steak and potatoes seen above. This was by far the best food I've had in Italy. The steak was cooked perfectly and the salty flakes they brought with it gave the steak even more flavor. Unfortunately, I have only had one pizza so far in Italy and it was not the best. It was undercooked for me personally. I plan to find some good pizza in the coming weeks.
