Throughout our trip to Naples, I tried a croquette which is not pictured but that was something I’ve never had before and ended up really liking. I also had the Diavolo pizza which had spicy salami and it was definitely one of the best pizza’s I’ve had in Italy so far, along with the pasta thats pictured. I liked how the pasta was a thick and big noodle and the sauce was very fresh and tasty. Additionally, in Naples, I got a cannoli and gelato which I enjoyed more than the gelato I’ve had in Florence. In class I have loved all of the food we have made. My favorites are the chicken cutlet’s with pesto mozzarella and tomato, the eggplant parm, and the arancina rice balls. I would love to remake these in class.
