The food that took me out of my comfort zone was the one in the last picture, I don’t remember it’s name but it was like an arancini but with potato inside not rice and beans. My favorite foods in Italy have been all the different pastas, like cacio e pepe and pesto and bolognese. Two foods from class I would like to repeat are the dessert pizza and the arancini. And I think it would be fun to make the mascarpone gelato we had.
