This week in Florence I made sure to try a lot of different breakfast pastries; they are becoming my favorite. I’ve tried several different “bars” in the morning to get my cappuccino and pastry. I love the croissants with cream and chocolate. In Siena, we ate at a restaurant that had quite a large menu. I tried the cacio e pepe. It was not as good as Cacio e Pepe I have had here in Florence, but it was still enjoyable. I did not try any food in San Gimignano. I also tried a new panini place this week, however I think I liked Gusta Bar better. I had a wonderful tiramisu at Dante’s Pizzeria as well. One food I am missing is chicken sandwiches! I tried one at an Irish place yesterday, but it was not very good. I am excited to keep trying more food this week; I would like to keep trying more pastas!
