In Florence this past week I really enjoyed the fettuccini Alfredo and gnocchi from Dantes and gelato from la carriara (forgot to picture). In Siena I ate Cacio de Pepe which I came to realize I wasn’t a fan off, and in San Gimignano I ate gelato which was strawberry flavored (fragola) and I really enjoyed it. I heard a lot of my classmates got gelato as well and they all liked it as well. From the US im really starting to miss Chipotle because it was my favorite food back home. This week in cooking class we made calzones, pizza, and soup which were all very delicious and fun to make.
