This was my first meal in Croatia. We went to a Mexican restaurant and it was amazing. I got a chicken burrito and a mojito. So good.

Croatia had more “American” foods, so I got a classic from home: grilled chicken and fries. Very good.

Tassie made us an incredible dinner: meatloaf with mushrooms, green beans, potatoes, bread, and salad with a very tasty dressing. This has been one of my favorite meals in Italy so far. Molto bene.

Some teams from cooking class made pasta from scratch and it was very yummy. Hopefully my team will get to try to make hand-made pasta next week.

I like to make myself some of my classic recipes from home. Here I prepared my typical salami and crackers. Very good.

There are some differences between the food in Naples and in Florence. I noticed that Naples offered a lot more fried food that I haven’t seen in Florence, like fried pizza. The pizza has thinner crust as well. Both cities have very fresh ingredients.
