Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to eat in Naples. I only had time to grab a drink and apperitivo before our first two hour tour! The only similar “food” that I got in Florence was a limoncello spritz. It was very good and made by Enzo, a nice older man who gave me lots of free snacks and spoke with me in Italian.

However I have continued to eat out a lot in Florence and tried authentic Peruvian food for the first time ever (because Angie is Peruvian!). It was amazing. I highly recommend. I got Arroz con Mariscos.

I also went back to one of my favorite restaurants and tried to take what I learned from wine class by pairing a light, floral Rose with a seafood pasta. The rose did not taste the best, but it smelled like a Marc Jacobs perfume. It’s been a week full of seafood.
