The food Ive had this past week that took me out of my comfort zone was the eggplant parmesan, and the pasta from the academic excursion in Naples because im typically not a fan of tomato heavy dishes. The foods in Italy that have so far been my favorite was gelato, gnocchi, fettecuni Alfredo, and all the pastries especially the ones that contain Nutella. So far from class I have really enjoyed the gelato, bruschetta, chicken caprese, Arancini, and the Nutella pizza. I hope to repeat these in future classes or take the recipes home with me! ◡̈
