The foods I tried that were out of my comfort zone was eggplant parmigiana and the fried Pompeii flower. I never liked eggplant however I really enjoyed the one we made in cooking class. I thought I might like the one in Naples but it was not what I expected. Additionally, the Pompeii flowers had a weird flavor but we’re not bad. It was cool to try stuff that I particularly would not have ordered myself. Some of my favorite foods I have had have been pastas, pizzas, tiramisu, and pastries. My favorite tiramisu was one I got in Sicily which is in the picture above.
In cooking class, I really liked the arancini balls and would love to make those again. I also liked the gelato you made and I would be interested in making that myself!
